The Newest Beginning

Hello, everyone! Something I've learned in my life is that we are constantly beginning anew.  Change is inevitable.  Some change is good and some change down right feels like you just stubbed your toe on a nusty nail.

This year, my family has experienced a multitude of changes, including my husband and I having to live in separate states, us ultimately all moving to another state, and the worst being the death of our special needs daughter, Ava.  I originally had a family blog that catered mostly to Ava and our adventures with her (http://aicardimama.blogspot.com/), so I'm sure most of you already know about our life thus far through the My Only Sunshine blog.  When it came time for me to start writing again, I considered for a long while whether or not I'd want to write in that particular blog or start a new one.  I decided to start from scratch, so here we go.  If you're not familiar with Ava and our wonderful life with her, I urge you to read it before you start here, as I'm sure she will be brought up many times in our story from here on out.
